Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the contract document management system, ensuring all documents are accurately filed, indexed, and readily accessible for project teams.
- Oversee the document control lifecycle from initial creation and review to final archiving, ensuring compliance with established procedures and industry standards.
- Administer the distribution of contract documents, including amendments, variations, and associated correspondence, to all relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular audits of document control processes, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or non-compliance issues to maintain data integrity.
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Information Management.
- Holds a professional certification in document control or records management (e.g., Certified Document Management Professional - CDMP).
- Demonstrates a minimum of 3 years of experience in document control within the construction or engineering industry.
- Exhibits a strong understanding of contract management principles and document control best practices.
