Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the company’s values.
Responsibilities- Manage incoming calls and routing them appropriately, ensuring that all inquiries are responded to promptly and professionally.
- Maintain an organized filing system, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to important documents and information.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff, optimizing everyone’s time and resources.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or a degree in business administration or a related field.
- Experience in a receptionist or administrative support role, preferably within a corporate setting.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to quickly learn new software tools as needed.
- Bilingual proficiency, with fluency in English and an additional language being a significant asset for a diverse work environment.
