Position: TELECALLER & PA TO THE CEO

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Tele caller & PA to the CEO. The role involves making outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing clients, providing information about services, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the CEO and senior team.

The Tele caller & PA will manage the CEO’s calendar, coordinate meetings, handle travel and logistics, and prepare basic reports, presentations, and meeting notes. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of calls and client interactions in CRM or tracking tools, following up on inquiries, and ensuring timely communication between the CEO and internal or external stakeholders.

The role also includes handling email correspondence, organizing documents, and supporting general administrative tasks to ensure the CEO’s schedule runs smoothly.

Qualifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are an advantage.
  • Proven telephone etiquette and confidence in making outbound and inbound calls, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
  • Experience in executive or personal assistance, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Comfortable using office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software) and basic CRM or lead-tracking systems.
  • Professional demeanor, confidentiality when handling sensitive information, and the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work on-site in Dubai and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven real estate environment.
  • Previous experience in real estate for one year as a Telle caller
