Our client is a professional services advisory firm, with over thirty years’ experience in both mature and emerging markets. They have a committed approach to their clients and have built a very strong reputation of successful delivery both in the G.C.C and internationally. The firm is a fast-growing and entrepreneurial consultancy; with a multi-cultural, driven and highly focused team, they now have an exciting opportunity for a new Personal Assistant to join them.
Providing executive level PA support to the consultants, you will be responsible for the complex diary and travel management and extensive document production including, preparation and submission of presentations and proposals to clients. You will need to manage all of the expense reports, health claims, maintain the current information system for easy access to files and key research and assist with all of the office general administration, including distributing mail, vendor selection, managing the couriers and setting up of purchase order requests.
The role will suit an enthusiastic, strategic and proactive thinker, a multi-tasker, able to work at the highest level. The successful candidate will be able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3-5 years’ experience supporting a senior executive, advanced MS Office skills and excellent English communication skills.
Highly energetic and a responsive team player, with the ability to take the initiative and work in a fast paced environment, the successful candidate will need to be flexible for overtime as and when required.
