We are seeking a highly capable, proactive, and professional Executive Administrative Assistant to support the General Manager for the Middle East & Africa region of a leading Med Tech organization. This is a critical role within the leadership office requiring exceptional organizational capability, discretion, executive presence, and the ability to operate effectively across a fast‑paced, multicultural, and highly matrixed environment.
Responsibilities- Manage a complex dynamic calendar across multiple time zones and stakeholders; coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, visas, accommodation and logistics; prioritize meetings and appointments aligned with business priorities; prepare meeting materials, presentations, agendas and briefing documents.
- Screen and manage communications on behalf of the General Manager with professionalism and discretion; track key actions, follow‑ups, and deliverables to ensure execution.
- Support coordination of regional leadership meetings, town halls, workshops and business reviews; assist in planning leadership events, customer engagements and regional conferences; coordinate across multiple functions and markets within the Middle East & Africa region; maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners and leadership teams.
- Process expenses, purchase orders and administrative documentation accurately and on time; support onboarding coordination for new leadership team members where required; maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and organizational information; identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and ways of working; provide ad hoc support on strategic initiatives and special projects.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in healthcare (preferred). Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills with enthusiasm and determination to succeed. Customer focus, innovation and self‑confidence.
- Languages:
Fluent English;
Arabic is a plus. - Leadership behaviors:
