This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Assistant-Arabic Speaking. The role is based in Dubai. As a Personal Assistant, you will manage executive schedules, oversee diary management, and coordinate daily administrative and clerical tasks. Additionally, you will facilitate communication between executives and their contacts, ensuring smooth operations on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications- Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong Communication and Diary Management skills
- Excellent Clerical Skills
- Proficiency in Arabic and English
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
