Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day project activities and timelines
- Assist Project Managers in project planning, scheduling and execution
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, reports and status updates
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, suppliers and clients for project-related activities
- Track project deliverables and follow up on pending tasks
- Prepare meeting schedules, MOMs, Minutes of Meeting and project progress reports
- Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met
- Support in procurement coordination, resource planning and operational follow-ups
- Maintain proper records of contracts, invoices, quotations and project documentation
- Escalate project risks, delays or operational issues to management
- Assist in preparing presentations, dashboards and management reports
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, policies and project standards
- Support cross-functional teams for smooth project execution
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up abilities
- Good knowledge of project documentation and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with project management tools and ERP systems is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams
- Attention to detail and strong administrative capabilities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Project Coordination / Project Administration / Operations Support
- Experience working in F&B, construction, engineering, IT, trading, or multi-business group environments will be an added advantage
- UAE/GCC experience preferred
