Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, data-driven Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and lifestyle support to the Marketing Director. This role requires managing high-frequency scheduling across multiple time zones, high-volume travel coordination, and seamless cross-functional communication within the marketing team and external partners.

Key Responsibilities- Manage an intensive calendar, coordinating meetings and cross-border calls across 3+ time zones simultaneously.
- End-to-end organization of 15+ business and private trips per year, including complex visa processing, multi-destination logistics, accommodation, and corporate hospitality.
- Maintain an up-to-date registry of 10+ personal and corporate documents (passports, UAE residency/visas, insurances, asset certificates), ensuring 100% compliance and zero expiration lapses.
- Act as the primary gatekeeper and point of contact between the Marketing team, internal sub-teams, and external global agencies.
- Prepare data-backed reports, presentations (MS PowerPoint), and operational briefs for weekly and monthly marketing alignment meetings.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Personal / Executive Assistant to C-level management, preferably within international or marketing-driven companies.
- 100% fluency in English (C1/C2 level, both written and verbal).
- Advanced user of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and modern project management/productivity tools.
- High capacity for multitasking, strict adherence to NDA/confidentiality protocols, and strong problem-solving skills under tight deadlines.
