We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to support daily business and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should be able to manage schedules, coordinate tasks, handle communications, and assist in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day workflow for senior management.
Key Responsibilities- Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments
- Coordinate emails, calls, and business communications
- Handle confidential documents and reports
- Follow up on pending tasks and operational activities
- Assist with travel arrangements and scheduling
- Maintain records, files, and documentation
- Support management with daily administrative tasks
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners when required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional and presentable personality
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong problem‑solving and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and time management
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrator is a plus
- Fluent English communication skills
