Position

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collection Data Entry Officer at HD Hyundai Marine Solution Middle East FZE.

Working Hours and Days

08:00 to 17:00 includes a 1-hour lunch break. Working days:
Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities
  • Accounts Receivable Follow-up
    :
    Proactively follow up with clients regarding overdue payments via phone and email, maintain a cheerful and professional tone, build rapport while managing deadlines, maintain accurate log and report progress.
  • Sales Invoice Processing
    :
    Prepare, issue and maintain sales invoices; organize supporting documents; coordinate with internal departments to verify billing information and resolve discrepancies; maintain accurate records of invoices and payments.
  • Accounting Administrative Support
    :
    Provide general assistance to Finance and Administration functions; support routine accounting activities; organize financial documents; perform related administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Speak fluent English; comfortable with business conversations.
  • Strong attention to detail; accurate data entry.
  • Positive, cheerful, professional attitude for client communication.
  • Willingness to perform repetitive work with consistency.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in customer service or call centers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, basic formulas.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is advantageous but not required.
Contract Details
  • Contract Renewal Cycle:
    Annually (salary adjustment with each renewal).
  • Annual Leave: 22 days based on working days.
  • Work Visa, Medical Insurance.
  • Round-trip airfare to home country after 1 year of full-time employment.
  • Opportunities for HQ training in Korea or other branch visits/training.
