Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks, scheduling, and correspondence for the founding team.
- Coordinate communication between field sales representatives and onboarding clinic suppliers.
- Maintain accurate records of client data, pipeline progress, and basic operational documentation.
- Follow up on incoming inquiries and support client onboarding processes.
Must currently reside in the UAE and hold a valid, ongoing residency visa (Spouse, Employment, or Golden Visa).
ExperienceMinimum 2 years of professional corporate or medical assistance experience inside the UAE.
Skills- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Excellent professional English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
Highly proactive, reliable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
