Data Entry, Office Administrator/ Coordinator
We are currently seeking strong Data Entry Operators for a temporary 3‑month position in our Catering/Baker production unit. The role requires accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining company data across various digital systems to ensure data integrity and support smooth business operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesData Entry: Enter, update, and maintain data in spreadsheets, ERP systems, or databases sourced from documents. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data entries and perform data validation, correcting any detected errors or inconsistencies.
Documentation: Digitize paper records, ensure proper organization and indexing of files, maintain filing systems for easy retrieval, and scan/photocopy/archive documents as needed.
Reporting: Generate periodic reports and summaries as per departmental requirements, support other team members with data extraction or preparation for meetings, audits, or reconciliations, and notify supervisors of discrepancies, missing data, or delays in data flow.
Coordination: Communicate with other departments (Sales, Warehouse, Finance) to gather, verify, and update information, assist in communicating updates or task status to stakeholders, and support administrative functions and special projects as required.
System Knowledge: Operate office software, ERP systems, and data entry tools effectively; adhere to data privacy and confidentiality standards; follow company SOPs and workflow processes diligently.
High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in IT, Office Administration, or a related field is a plus. 1–2 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic database systems or ERP software. Fast and accurate typing skills, strong attention to detail and organizational abilities, good communication skills, and ability to multitask are essential.
