The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for visitors and callers.
Responsibilities- Greet all visitors and guests.
- Manage multi‑line phone systems and handle incoming calls.
- Handle mail, manage correspondence, and keep the reception area organized.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and maintaining databases.
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients and staff.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer‑service experience and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- High‑school diploma required; a business administration degree preferred.
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Visa‑holder status is preferred.
