We are in need of a highly organized and efficient Filipino Administrator to join our team in Dubai. As an Administrator you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations of the office. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, able to multitask, and has excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely replenishment
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling, sending reminders, and preparing necessary materials
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with creating reports and presentations as needed
- Maintain employee records and update databases with relevant information
- Handle travel arrangements for employees as required
- Create and maintain a filing system for important documents and records
- Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed
- Must be Filipino nationality currently residing in Dubai
- Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality
1200$ per month
