Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all project documents ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible for team members.
- Implement and oversee a document control system that adheres to industry standards and project requirements, minimizing errors and delays.
- Coordinate with project teams to collect, review and distribute documentation, ensuring compliance with quality assurance processes.
- Establish and enforce document management protocols, including version control, indexing, and archiving procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Civil Engineering or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in document control or records management within engineering or construction industries.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and project management methodologies is highly valued.
- Proficiency in document management software (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint) and MS Office Suite is essential.
