We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director / CEO. The ideal candidate is fluent in Arabic and English, demonstrates exceptional communication and coordination skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role requires handling both professional and personal matters related to the CEO’s multiple business and investment activities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Managing Director / CEO.
  • Manage complex inboxes, prioritizing and responding to emails on behalf of the CEO.
  • Organize and maintain calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents in Arabic and English.
  • Act as a liaison between the MD/CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate and support the execution of strategic initiatives and key projects.
  • Organize board meetings, prepare minutes, and ensure action points are completed.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Assist the CEO with personal tasks and matters related to his various investments, including appointments, meetings, and correspondence.
  • Manage office-related administrative functions and ensure efficient daily operations.
Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting senior executives or founders.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience in managing complex email systems and correspondence.
  • Experience in any of interior design, architecture, fit out, Contracting, Engineering sectors is Mandatory.
  • UAE Experience is Mandatory
