Job Purpose
As a project coordinator primarily to support the project team, the sales team, and the tech service team. Prepare and provide data about the market and the project to colleagues to help them make correct decisions in strategy, target projects, and markets.
Key AccountabilitiesCRM Local Champion:
Encourage CRM users to keep fresh data, update in time, perform data cleaning and monthly usage monitoring. Provide CRM training to local newcomers and solve minor problems through the central team. Organize and facilitate meetings and remind colleagues with an action plan.
Market and Project News Update:
Regularly update market news with key notes and update upcoming projects as a monthly newsletter. List monthly awarded projects and analyze market project mapping using the market intelligence platforms MEED and IIR, including stakeholder analysis.
Data Management & Technical Service Support:
Manage PQ data, create track records and case studies in a shared folder. Support the technical service team with administrative tasks: record daily technical service movements, keep site‑visit reports and reference inventories up to date, fill technical letters with reference numbers and codes. Handle procurement processes, generate purchase orders, and create payment vs. invoice records.
University degree preferably in Business Administration. Strong data management skills. Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
