We are seeking a professional and well-presented Front Desk Associate with 2+ years of experience in the real estate industry to join our client’s team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional front‑office experience while supporting daily administrative and coordination activities within a fast‑paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and business partners in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments or agents.
  • Coordinate property viewing schedules, appointments, and meeting room bookings.
  • Maintain an organized and presentable reception area at all times.
  • Support real estate agents and sales teams with administrative tasks and client coordination.
  • Handle document filing, data entry, and general office administration.
  • Manage courier services, incoming/outgoing correspondence, and office supplies.
  • Maintain accurate visitor logs and ensure adherence to office security procedures.
  • Provide basic information about listings and company services when required.
  • Ensure a smooth flow of communication between clients and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role, preferably within the real estate industry
    .
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and customer‑oriented attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
