The Junior Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in the organization’s systems. This role involves working closely with internal teams to ensure data integrity, supporting administrative processes, and assisting with routine data audits. The position requires attention to detail, timely completion of tasks, and adherence to company standards and timelines.

Responsibilities
  • Entering and updating data in the company’s CRM and other databases in line with organizational guidelines
  • Verifying accuracy of information before input and correcting errors as needed
  • Assisting with data audits and reporting discrepancies to the supervisor
  • Responding to internal queries regarding data and providing requested information promptly
  • Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information
  • Supporting the team with administrative tasks as assigned by management
  • Performing other job-related duties as required
  • Input customer and lead information into the CRM system.
  • Update existing records with new data (e.g., contact details, status changes).
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms
    • Flag and correct duplicate or outdated records.
    • Follow data entry protocols and naming conventions.
    • Perform regular audits to ensure data quality.
    • Identify and report data inconsistencies or system issues.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in data entry or administrative support is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Experience with CRM systems or databases is a plus
  • Full English proficiency is required; additional languages are a plus
  • Basic computer literacy (e.g., MS Office, data entry software)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members
  • Self‑motivated and accountable with a positive work ethic
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
