A well-established waste collection and transportation service company in Dubai is seeking a reliable and well-organized Office Clerk to support daily administrative and documentation activities. The role requires strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to manage office records efficiently.
The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining proper documentation, handling data entry tasks, and assisting in overall office operations to ensure smooth workflow within the organization.
Responsibilities- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation systematically
- Prepare, sort, and manage important company documents
- Handle data entry tasks with accuracy and consistency
- Manage routine office correspondence and communication support
- Assist in day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks
- Support management with documentation and office coordination
- Ensure proper filing systems and record-keeping standards are followed
- Use MS Office tools including Word, Excel, and Outlook effectively
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling company data
High School Diploma or Equivalent (or Diploma in Office Administration Preferred)
