Purpose
The Executive Assistant serves as a strategic and trusted partner to the Managing Director Middle East & Southeast Asia – Oceania (SEAO), providing exceptional support in efficiently and effectively managing priorities and commitments for business continuity. She/He plays key role in liaising with internal and external stakeholder, delivering proactive support across executive administration, coordination, admin office management, domestic/international travel arrangements, and more.
Youwill excel and enjoy this role if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:
- Provide executive and administrative support to the Managing Director.
- Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses, and correspondence.
- Serve as the key liaison between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, events, conferences, and leadership activities.
- Support ad-hoc projects through research, coordination, and follow‑up.
- Maintain records, databases, filing systems, and confidential information.
- Oversee office operations, supplies, equipment, facilities, and vendor coordination.
- Partner with other departments to ensure efficient business operations.
- Act as a professional ambassador for the Managing Director and leadership team.
- 3–5 years of administrative or executive support experience.
- Advanced MS Office skills and proficiency with digital collaboration tools.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive, adaptable, and highly detail oriented.
- Trusted to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer‑ and people‑focused mindset.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Degree or diploma preferred.
- Beauty industry/Retail experience is a plus.
