Job Description
- Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally.
- Work on leads, follow‑ups, arrange site visits, and assist in closing deals.
- Interact with customers to determine their requirements and address their queries.
- Explain products and services, demonstrate features and benefits.
- Keep records of calls and sales, noting useful information.
- Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities.
- Manage company e‑mail.
- Follow up on meetings.
- Coordinate activities of administrative personnel.
- Answer all telephone calls and transfer to the appropriate person within the company.
- Prepare presentations.
- Request quotations and purchase orders for the company.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Prepare documents and information.
- Check customer feedback and maintain complete data in the system.
- Maintain and develop good customer relations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar field.
- Experience in facilities management within a cleaning company.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi‑task, organize, and prioritize work.
