Data Entry Clerk

Viara Group is looking for a detail-oriented and organized CRM Data Entry Executive to support our operations by maintaining accurate records within our CRM system. The role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, efficiency, and ensuring data integrity across business functions.

• Enter and update Sales Orders and Purchase Orders accurately in the CRM system.
• Maintain and organize customer, supplier, and transaction records.
• Verify data accuracy and identify discrepancies before processing.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure records are complete and up to date.
• Generate reports and monitor pending transactions and data entries.
• Upload and maintain supporting documentation within the CRM.
• Ensure data confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
• Support administrative and operational tasks as required.

• Previous experience in Data Entry, CRM Management, Administration, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
• Good communication skills in English.
