This is a full-time, on-site Sales Administrator role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Administrator will support the sales team by processing orders, preparing quotations, maintaining customer records, and tracking sales activities in CRM and other internal systems. The role includes responding to customer inquiries, coordinating with internal departments on deliveries and billing, and ensuring accurate documentation of contracts and agreements.
The Sales Administrator will assist with generating sales reports, monitoring stock availability for orders, and following up on pending payments or approvals. The position also requires organizing sales-related files, scheduling meetings, and providing general administrative support to help the sales team meet targets and deliver high-quality service.
- Strong customer-focused mindset with proven Customer Service skills, including handling inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact clearly and respectfully with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with Order Processing and Sales support, including preparing quotations, tracking orders, and updating CRM or sales systems.
- Solid Administrative Assistance skills, such as data entry, document management, scheduling, and report preparation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, UAE, and collaborate effectively in a multicultural team environment.
- Previous experience in a sales coordination or sales administration role is preferred; a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a Sales Admin or in a similar corporate support role (Experience in Dubai's Business Centers or Commercial Real Estate is highly preferred).
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
