Overview
A reputable company in the UAE is seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Office Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, ensure smooth communication, and maintain efficient office procedures.
Responsibilities- Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Answer phone calls, emails, and handle correspondence professionally
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Support different departments with administrative tasks
- Organize and maintain records, both digital and physical
- Greet visitors and provide basic assistance when required
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is an advantage)
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
