EC Markets is looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to support the General Manager in Dubai. This role includes coordinating administrative operations across two offices and liaising with HR teams in New Zealand and the UK.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in administrative roles, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication in English and Chinese is also required. Familiarity with UAE employment practices is a plus.
