About the Firm

Our client is a leading US law firm with a strong and growing presence across the Middle East. With a global team of over 1,400 lawyers, the firm operates across major commercial centres spanning the US, UK, Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East. The Dubai office forms part of an ambitious and expanding regional platform, and is home to a collaborative, high‑performing team known for its commercial focus and commitment to client service.

The Role

This is a permanent Junior PA position based in Dubai, sitting within the Legal Support team and reporting to the Office Manager. The role offers an excellent entry point into a prestigious international law firm environment, with broad exposure across a range of administrative and support functions. The firm operates a hybrid working pattern, with a minimum of three days per week in the office.

Core hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5:30pm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing day‑to‑day administrative support to fee earners across a range of tasks
  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments
  • Preparing, formatting, and proofreading legal documents and correspondence
  • Handling incoming and outgoing communications across email, phone, and courier
  • Maintaining accurate electronic and physical records, filing, and archiving
  • Supporting billing processes including pre‑bill and final bill preparation, expense submissions, and disbursement processing
  • Preparing internal transfer forms for client money transfers and setting up Docu Sign as required
  • Maintaining accurate client contact details and recording billing instructions
  • Tracking BD activities and ensuring accurate recording
  • Providing support at firm events
  • Arranging travel including flights, hotels, and visa coordination
  • Managing CLPD bookings and annual filing
  • Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders
Candidate Requirements

The firm is looking for a motivated and organised individual who is eager to build a career in legal support within an international law firm environment.

  • Strong organisational skills with close attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure
  • Reliable, responsible, and proactive in anticipating and resolving issues before they arise
  • Prior experience in an administrative or support role is desirable but not essential
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is beneficial
