Manage calendars ensuring optimal scheduling of meetings and appointments. Assisting MD in day to day activity. Prepare detailed reports, presentations and correspondence ensuring all materials are polished and professional. Conduct thorough research on various topics to support decision‑making processes and strategic initiatives. Travel with MD.

Organization & Planning- Meticulous calendar management, scheduling, task prioritization, and information systems.
- Clear, diplomatic, and professional written and verbal skills; liaising with stakeholders.
- Handling multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and multitasking effectively.
- Handling sensitive information with integrity.
- Foreseeing issues, taking initiative, and finding solutions.
- MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Flexibility to pivot with changing priorities.
- Building relationships, strong support, and a positive attitude.
- Proven experience in similar administrative/support roles.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
