Position: Production Coordinator (Flour Country - Bakery Production unit)

Job Purpose

At Flour Country Bakery Production Unit, we are looking for a Production Coordinator. The Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of an office or organization by providing administrative and coordination support. This role is essential in maintaining efficient communication, managing office resources and assisting with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics Management – Support the logistics of operations such as coordinating transportation, shipping and inventory control.
  • Supply Chain Management – Support the supply chain to ensure efficient and cost-effective procurement, production and distribution of products or services.
  • Team Coordination – Collaborate with different teams and departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication in daily operations.
  • Resource Allocation – Allocate resources including personnel and equipment to meet operational needs.
  • Documentation – Maintain records and documentation related to operations for compliance and reference.
  • Risk Management – Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure business continuity.
  • Vendor and Supplier Relations – Support operations with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary materials and services.
  • Project Management – Coordinate and oversee specific projects related to operations.
  • Staff Certification Process – Carry out the end-to-end process for all required staff licenses and certifications.
  • Outsource Company – Serve as point of contact for details and information related to outsourced staff, including attendance.
Qualifications and Skills
  • At least a graduate (from Any Discipline).
  • Must have at least 2–4 years of experience as an Administrator/Coordinator in a bakery or catering production unit.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.
  • Detail‑oriented and well‑organized.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
