Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes when required.
- Screen and manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, documents, and business correspondence.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely follow-ups and task completion.
- Organize company events, meetings, and business travel logistics.
- Maintain filing systems, records, and important business documents.
- Track action items and deadlines, ensuring timely execution.
- Support administrative and operational projects as assigned by management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
