Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes when required.
  • Screen and manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, documents, and business correspondence.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely follow-ups and task completion.
  • Organize company events, meetings, and business travel logistics.
  • Maintain filing systems, records, and important business documents.
  • Track action items and deadlines, ensuring timely execution.
  • Support administrative and operational projects as assigned by management.
Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail.
