The Operations Excellence Partner will support the MPL Regional team with strategic, analytical and administrative activities. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to prepare high-quality presentations and analyses, and efficient coordination of administrative processes that free up operational time for the team.
Responsibilities- Responsible for the data quality received from the Center & Areas i.e. Health Matrix, Operational Performance, Quality, Growth, Procurement…
- Support the preparation of quotations, proposals assisting Growth team.
- Maintain trackers, dashboards, and documentation related to ongoing projects and strategic initiatives.
- Assist in preparing material for management reviews, performance updates, and quarterly planning.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and executive summaries for internal and external audiences.
- Conduct specific studies, market assessments, benchmarking, and long-term planning activities.
- Coordinate events, workshops, team meetings, and external engagements, including logistics, venues, and materials.
- Support on Operational tasks for MPL Regional/ Areas teams.
- Timely, high-quality presentations, studies, quotations, and reports.
- Accurate maintenance of trackers, dashboards, and documentation.
- Fast, proactive support that reduces the MPL Regional/ Area team’s administrative workload.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience and strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and general presentation tools.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong time-management and multitasking capabilities.
- High attention to detail and a structured working style.
- Proficient English.
- Experience in logistics, shipping, or project cargo (preferred but not essential).
