A leading organization in the ultra-luxury property development and elite contracting sector is seeking an experienced and highly professional Senior P.A. / Executive Secretary to provide executive-level support to the General Manager and CEO. This position is ideal for a polished professional who excels in managing complex executive responsibilities within a fast-paced and high-profile corporate environment.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in executive coordination, stakeholder communication, business administration, and confidential information management. Key Responsibilities- Manage complex executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and scheduling priorities
- Coordinate high-volume schedules while resolving conflicts and optimizing executive productivity
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, clients, consultants, and internal departments
- Arrange international and domestic travel, accommodation, visa processing, and executive logistics
- Monitor key business activities, project milestones, and departmental updates for executive review
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and confidential documentation
- Maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information with complete discretion
- Support executive decision-making through effective coordination and information management
- Represent the executive office with professionalism, diplomacy, and exceptional communication standards
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience supporting senior executives, CEOs, or C-suite leadership
- Previous experience within construction, real estate development, engineering, or related industries
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional executive presence
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
- High level of discretion when handling sensitive business information
