Job Summary
We are seeking a professional Driver‑cum‑Admin to provide safe and timely transportation for the CEO while managing essential administrative and office support tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly trustworthy, discreet, and organized.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure safe, punctual, and comfortable transportation for the CEO.
- Maintain the vehicle in excellent condition, including servicing and cleanliness.
- Manage travel schedules, fuel, and vehicle documentation.
- Accompany the CEO for official trips and errands as required.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and handling correspondence.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
- Support expense tracking, bill filing, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Prior experience as a personal/executive driver preferred.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office admin tasks.
- Highly organized, proactive, and reliable.
- Strong sense of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
