Building on your existing consulting experience to gain extensive experience, with international and local clients (mainly based in the Middle East), helping our clients to solve challenges related to operations, implementation, business transformation, process and performance improvement, using Lean Management principles.

• Assist in designing and implementing Lean solutions for our clients
• Add value to our clients by helping them address complex issues, deliver sustainable results and demonstrate real impact
• Take accountability for your role on projects, take necessary action to ensure your performance remains on track
• Be proactive in escalating any issues or concerns to the senior management team on your project and assisting your project managers in leading junior team members
• Take ownership of your stream on your project, leading workshops with clients & driving change
• Support on data analysis and slide development, to present to clients
• Deal with clients across the full hierarchy, from top management to blue collar roles
• Able to shift quickly from one complex situation to another when working on multifaceted projects
• Able to align with project sponsors and cross‑functional teams regarding outcomes, decisions, targets etc. across all levels within a client’s organization
• Participate in further developing Lean Management concepts, products and tools

• 3-4 years of experience
• Fluent command of English and Arabic is required
• A desire to learn, or an interest in, Lean tools including but not limited to process mapping, value stream mapping, Kanban, Kaizen, Jidoka, TPM
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (PPT, Excel)
• Excellent time management, analytical, problem‑solving, logical thinking skills
• Strong entrepreneurial and team spirit
• High level of commitment, perseverance, and ability to work under pressure and long hours
• Professional demeanor when dealing with clients
• Willingness to travel extensively, mainly within Saudi Arabia

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required
