Responsibilities
- Build and structure the sales department for a premium dental clinic
- Set up the sales funnel, scripts, KPIs, metrics, and control systems
- Increase conversion rates and LTV
- Work with warm and hot leads
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team and management
- Has experience in the medical field, preferably dentistry (
mandatory
) - Has built a sales department from scratch or completely restructured an existing one
- Understands the premium segment and is results-driven
- Ideally is already based in Dubai (remote candidates may be considered if they have proven successful cases of building and managing sales teams online)
