Your seat to fill :
- Monitor and optimize operational processes within the Cybex e-Commerce shop
- Measure, analyze, and improve outbound performance at the 3PL partner
- Coordinate tasks and support the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Customer Service team
- Track and assess operational costs to positively influence the D2C P&L, ensuring a sustainable and profitable business.
- Contribute to the continuous development and documentation of operational processes
- Measure and enhance return performance at the 3PL
- Create, maintain, and further develop reports, delivering accurate KPIs to support effective SLA management.
- Support various cross-functional projects as needed
Your stroll to CYBEX :
- Associate or bachelor’s degree.
- Relevant customer service experience, preferably in a DTC or e-commerce environment.
- Experience working with CRM systems (SAP and Salesforce Core).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities, a hands‑on mentality, and a clear process‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to provide clear, empathetic, and solution‑focused responses to customer inquiries.
- Knowledge of online shopping processes, fulfillment, and logistics
- Familiarity with returns / exchanges, subscriptions, or loyalty programs is a plus.
