Business Development Manager – Fin Tech

We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional to help drive growth, partnerships, and market expansion in a fast-moving, innovation-led environment. Ideal for someone who thrives in lean teams, enjoys building relationships from the ground up, and has a strong commercial mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue channels aligned with overall growth objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, platform partners, and senior stakeholders across financial and technology ecosystems
  • Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and deal closures, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align partnerships and sales efforts with product capabilities and market needs
  • Support international and cross-border business development initiatives where applicable
  • Track market trends, competitive activity, and client needs to refine outreach strategies and value propositions
  • Operate effectively in a dynamic, evolving environment, taking ownership of initiatives from ideation through execution
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • 4-7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, preferably within fintech, trading, crypto, or B2B SaaS
  • Proven exposure to institutional clients, financial services platforms, or global business development environments
  • Strong commercial judgment with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with senior decision-makers
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a track record of closing complex deals
  • An entrepreneurial, proactive mindset and comfort working in lean teams with evolving goals
  • High level of ownership, adaptability, and a hands-on approach to driving results
