- Own and grow a portfolio of high‑value clients across the MENA region, ensuring adoption, satisfaction and retention
- Lead strategic account reviews, collaborating with sales to unlock upsell and cross‑sell opportunities
- Act as a trusted advisor, mapping client workflows and enabling deeper integration of the business’s data and insights
- Build regional influence – from client visits to internal visibility, you’ll be the go‑to expert for customer success in MENA
What You’ll Bring
- Proven success managing complex client accounts in a data, SaaS, or subscription‑led business
- Fluency in Arabic and English, with cultural awareness across MENA markets
