Job Role
To guarantee operational efficiency and effectively support the escalating demands of a Spare Parts Procurement Department through timely purchasing, coordination, and supplier management.
Prepare, process, and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely procurement and delivery. Collaborate closely with the Quality Control team to ensure inspection reports are completed and shared promptly. Handle supplier invoices, maintain accurate records, and foster strong relationships with vendors.
Essential Skills- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good understanding of vehicle components and spare parts
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
