We are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Growth Consultant to join our Business Development team.
This role focuses on driving client acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion for our business setup services. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B/B2C business development, strong consultative selling skills,and the ability to build long-term client relationships in a professional services environment.
Responsibilities:
- Drivenew client acquisition and act as a trusted advisor for clients seeking business setup, licensing, and growth solutions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking,referrals, and partnerships.
- Conductdetailed consultations to understand client business goals and recommendtailored solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve individual and team targets.
- Prepareproposals, negotiate contracts, and finalize service pricing.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and client activity logs within CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns, lead generation, and content with business development goals.
- Client Advisory & Relationship Management
- Provide guidance on company formation, regulatory compliance, and operational requirements.
- Monitor client satisfaction and ensure high retention and repeat business.
- Work closely with internal teams (legal, PRO, operations) to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Contributeinsights and ideas for improving service offerings and client experience.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’sdegree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum2–5 years of proven experience in business development, consulting, or professional services.
- Demonstrated experience in client acquisition, consultative selling, and revenue growth.
- Knowledge of business setup, licensing, and corporate services is highly desirable.
- Strong consultative sales and business development skills.
- Expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and target achievement.
- Abilityto design and implement growth strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and MS Office tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
