Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales of telematics devices and solutions across UAE and GCC markets.
- Generate leads through cold calling, channel partners, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct client meetings, product demos, and commercial negotiations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and close deals within defined timelines.
- Maintain and grow relationships with fleet operators, OEMs, and system integrators.
- Coordinate order processing, dispatch, and delivery with internal teams and logistics partners.
- Track shipments, inventory levels, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure proper documentation including invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes.
- Liaise with freight forwarders and clearing agents when required.
- Maintain accurate sales, invoicing, and collections records.
- Monitor receivables and follow up for timely payments.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales, revenue, and expense reports.
- Coordinate with finance teams on VAT compliance and reconciliations.
- Monthly and quarterly sales target achievement (%)
- Number of new accounts onboarded per month
- Lead-to-conversion ratio
- Average deal size and sales cycle duration
- Order fulfillment accuracy (%)
- On-time delivery rate
- Inventory turnover and stock availability
- Reduction in logistics delays and escalations
- Collection efficiency and reduction in receivable days
- Accuracy and timeliness of sales and financial reports
- Invoice closure and reconciliation turnaround time
- Customer satisfaction and repeat business rate
- Cross-functional coordination effectiveness
- Compliance with company and regulatory processes

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Logistics, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience in Telematics, IoT, Electronics, Automotive, or Technology Manufacturing
. - Exposure to logistics coordination and financial reporting is preferred.
- Experience in UAE/GCC markets is an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM, and ERP systems
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently
