Procurement Trainee; UAE National - Fresh Graduate

OverviewWe are seeking a motivated UAE National fresh graduate to join our Procurement team as a Graduate Trainee. The role provides structured training and exposure to purchasing, vendor coordination, sourcing, and procurement processes.
Your Job Functions (Duties & Responsibilities)- Support the procurement team in preparing purchase requests and purchase orders.
- Assist in collecting quotations and coordinating with suppliers.
- Help maintain vendor databases, procurement records, and price lists.
- Track deliveries, follow up with suppliers, and update status reports.
- Support evaluation of suppliers based on price, quality, and service.
- Assist in documentation, filing, and adherence to procurement procedures.
- Participate in procurement meetings and contribute to process improvement.
- UAE National with Family Book (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong interest in procurement/supply chain functions.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office tools.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Eagerness to learn procurement systems and processes.
- Professional, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
