The Partner Programs & Operations Director is responsible for ensuring that ZainTECH's strategic partner business plans are executed effectively and consistently across the organization
.
This is a senior role working closely with the leadership team to ensure partner commitments are translated into coordinated execution and measurable commercial outcomes.
This role acts as the central execution and coordination point between the Alliances & Partner Sales team and internal stakeholders across Sales, Product, Marketing, Engineering, Delivery, and Finance. This is a high-impact execution role focused on accountability, alignment, and delivery.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities- Partner Business Plan Execution & Accountability
Serve as the central coordinator for all internal commitments arising from partner business plans (hyperscalers and strategic partners). - Partner plan translation
Translate partner plans into clear internal actions with defined owners, milestones, and dependencies across Sales, Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Delivery. - Milestones & commitments
Track and actively follow up on commitments such as certifications, product development milestones, GTM activities, delivery readiness, and capacity planning. - Risk identification & escalation
Identify execution risks, bottlenecks, or misalignment early and escalate with clear, data-backed recommendations to keep initiatives on track. - Priority alignment
Ensure partner commitments are treated as enterprise priorities, not side initiatives. - From strategy to execution
Move Partner plans from strategy to execution with clarity, discipline, and predictability.
- Cross-Functional Alignment & Orchestration
Act as the primary coordination interface between the Alliances team and internal execution teams. - Execution cadences
Facilitate structured execution cadences (monthly and quarterly checkpoints) to track progress against partner plans. - Transparency & ownership
Drive transparency and alignment on priorities, timelines, and ownership across functions. - Reduce friction
Reduce execution friction by clarifying responsibilities and resolving dependencies pragmatically. - Fast and aligned execution
Execute fast (with few surprises), and strong alignment across the organization.
- Reporting, Analytics & Performance Management
Partner closely with Finance to ensure accurate tracking of:
• Partner-led revenue and pipeline contribution
• Partner incentives, investments, MDF, and ROI - Executive-ready dashboards
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor partner performance and execution status. - Actionable insights
Provide leadership with what is working, what is not, and where intervention is required. - Visibility & decision-making
Provide clear visibility into partner performance to enable informed, timely decisions.
- Operating Rigor & Execution Rhythm
Establish and maintain a consistent operating rhythm for partner execution (planning, reviews, checkpoints). - Embedded commitments
Ensure partner commitments are embedded into internal operating processes and planning cycles. - Escalation paths
Support leadership with structured updates and escalation paths when execution deviates from plan. - Execution rigor
Ensure the Alliances function operates with enterprise-grade execution rigor and credibility.
- 8-12+ years in program management, operations, strategy execution, or business management roles.
- Proven experience operating in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Background in technology, consulting, alliances, enterprise programs, or sales operations preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate across Sales, Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Finance.
- Exceptional execution and follow-through skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and influence without formal authority.
- Analytical mindset with comfort working with financial and performance data.
- Ability to translate strategy into structured operational actions.
- Clear communicator able to operate at both executive and working levels.
