Senior Business Analyst

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between IT and business needs, ensuring that our software solutions meet the requirements of our clients.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements
• Identify and recommend process improvements to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
• Analyze complex business problems, propose solutions, and develop business cases to support decision-making
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews with stakeholders to gather insights and validate requirements
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements, user stories, and test cases
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to design and execute test cases to validate the functionality and usability of software solutions

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ proven experience as a Business Analyst in the software development industry
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in requirement elicitation and documentation techniques
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools
• Experience with process modeling and workflow analysis
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
