Key Responsibilities      Support the design, implementation, and analysis of training content for the property    Manage Learning & Development administration including scheduling, reporting, data analysis, and system maintenance    Coordinate all training activities and ensure accurate tracking in Oracle Tahweel    Handle functional requests related to Oracle Tahweel, Axonify, and other learning systems    Conduct Learning Needs Analysis and support Learning Audit activities across departments    Create and manage property-specific course offerings in learning platforms    Maintain relationships with external training vendors and manage associated contracts    Support the delivery and execution of Learning & Development initiatives    Ensure compliance with HSE processes, grooming standards, and departmental SOPs    Provide organizational support for training events, workshops, and internal learning sessions    Ideal Profile      Minimum 3 years of Learning & Development or training experience, ideally within hospitality    Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams    Familiarity with Axonify, Adobe tools, Survey Monkey, and QR Code applications    Comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels within the property    Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment    Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills    Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively    Skills Set      Learning & Development coordination    Training administration and reporting    LMS platform management (Oracle Tahweel, Axonify)    Data analysis and action planning    Vendor coordination and contract handling    Workshop support and event coordination    Microsoft 365 proficiency    Documentation and training records management    Communication and interpersonal skills    Problem solving and time management    Why Join Us      Supportive and inclusive working environment    Access to structured training programmes and defined career pathways    Internal mobility opportunities across Jumeirah’s global network    Attractive colleague discounts on dining, stays, and leisure experiences    Comprehensive healthcare and life insurance    Paid annual leave entitlement    Performance-based incentives    Competitive tax-free salary paid in AED    About the Company  Jumeirah Group is a global leader in luxury hospitality with an iconic portfolio of hotels known for exceptional service and memorable experiences.
