Mystic Advertising is seeking a motivated Growth Intern for a paid, full‑time internship to support our business development and growth initiatives. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who want hands‑on experience in sales, growth marketing, and client acquisition within a fast‑paced advertising agency.

• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Location: Business Bay – Churchill Towers, Dubai
• Employment Type: Full‑time Internship

• Assist with lead generation and prospect research
• Support outbound and inbound outreach activities
• Help prepare pitch decks, proposals, and presentations
• Maintain and update CRM systems or lead tracking sheets
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Assist with discovery call preparation and follow‑ups
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand agency services
• Perform administrative tasks related to growth and business development

Required:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Interest in digital marketing, sales, or advertising
• Ability to work full‑time from the office for the internship duration
