* Branding and scenic production experience.
* Create and manage detailed project schedules including fabrication, artwork approvals, logistics, and on-site installs.
* Coordinate with internal teams including design, technical, and operations to ensure smooth project execution.
* Review and understand technical drawings, BOQs, and site layouts to guide production and installation teams.
* Liaise with suppliers and fabricators to align on build methods, materials, and installation feasibility.
* Conduct site visits and technical recces where required, ensuring safe and efficient build execution.
