Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, high-performing Business Development Manager to join our client’s team within the property and real estate sector. This is a pivotal role for a results-driven professional with a proven ability to drive revenue growth, identify lucrative property opportunities, and build long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will bring strong market insight, strategic thinking, and the agility to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive real estate environment.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the property and real estate market to drive portfolio growth and market expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, developers, and key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Develop and execute innovative business development and sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue and acquisition targets.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, legal, and operations) to ensure seamless deal execution and client satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, property valuations, and customer requirements to stay ahead of market movements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and investment pitches tailored to client and investor needs.
- Track key performance indicators, pipeline activity, and revenue metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Represent the organization at property expos, networking events, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Support negotiations, contract discussions, and deal closures to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Proven experience in a business development or sales role within real estate or property-related industries.
- Strong commercial acumen with a consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales or leasing targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong understanding of property markets, investment strategies, and client lifecycle management.
- Highly adaptable and capable of performing in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
