A well-established, award-winning Marketing & Creative Agency in Dubai is looking to hire a Senior
Business Development Manager to drive growth across key sectors and build long-term client partnerships.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the agency business model
, can open doors, convert opportunities, and work closely with senior leadership, strategy, and creative teams to win new business.
- Lead new business development initiatives across marketing, creative, digital, and integrated services
- Identify, approach, and convert new clients across regional and international markets
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, proposal development, negotiation, and closure
- Develop strong relationships with decision‑makers including CEOs, CMOs, and Marketing Directors
- Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to develop compelling pitches and presentations
- Track pipeline, forecasts, and revenue targets, ensuring consistent new business flow
- Represent the agency at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings
- 5–8+ years of experience in business development or sales within a marketing, creative, digital, or advertising agency
- Proven track record of winning and growing client accounts
- Strong understanding of agency services: branding, creative, digital, social, content, and campaigns
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Established network within the UAE / GCC market is a strong advantage
- Self‑driven, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced agency environment
