We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our logistics sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics or freight forwarding, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow logistics business (freight forwarding, transportation, etc.)
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with clients
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers and handle major accounts
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements with clients
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum 2 – 3 years of sales experience in logistics or freight forwarding
- Proven experience in a Sales Manager or Senior Sales role
- Strong knowledge of logistics services (air, sea, land freight, customs, warehousing)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Strong customer network in the logistics industry is a plus
